Holiday Lodge Yakima

We visited the Capitol Theater and enjoyed a ride on the Yakima Valley Trolleys. The staff was super nice, and everything felt really comfy. Just a heads-up, some areas might need a little updating.

One issue was the bathroom fan. It was really dusty and noisy, hard to relax sometimes.

The pool was crystal clear, and the room was clean and fresh-smelling.

This place suits me perfectly. It offers free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and non-smoking rooms. The staff once helped me find a phone charger during my first stay. I recommend this place for a cozy getaway.

Location: the hotel was next to a brewery and restaurants, downtown and center of Yakima. I checked out Fort Simcoe State Park, that was set at a moderate distance from the property.

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Their willingness to help with my ID issue was a bright spot amidst the chaos.

Unfortunately, the room was a rundown mess, with broken doors and an uncomfortable bed. This detracted from the overall experience.

Convenient Location and Comfy Stay

I stayed here for one night, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location is very convenient, especially being close to a great buffet. The room was comfortable and provided free Wi-Fi, a plus. I did notice that the facilities could use some updates and the area outside seemed a bit unkempt.

I stayed for 16 nights and appreciated the fresh smell of the room and the crystal clear pool, but the breakfast was misleading with almost no options.

The Holiday Lodge in Yakima surprised me in a few good ways. The location is convenient, right near popular restaurants and attractions. Check-in was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles. The room felt cozy and was adequately clean. The amenities left a lot to be desired. The heating system didn't work properly. It was chilly in the room. No coffee pot or coffee supplies were in the room, which would have been a nice touch. All in all, it's decent but needs better attention to room details and offerings.
